All orders ship from Ontario, Canada via Canada Post.
*During Covid-19 all orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Approximate delivery times with Canada vary, and can take anywhere from 2-5 business days. In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, or if you failed to receive the correct order, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have past by since you received your purchase, and you have yet to notify us about a possible return or exchange, unfortunately we can’t accept your return or exchange or send out an item that was missed. Gift cards, decals, stickers, and limited edition or custom items are not returnable.
If you purchased an item that is too big or small, and would like to exchange it, you will be responsible for the shipping as well as sending the item(s) back to us and then we will ship out the new size within 14 days of receiving the item and it is in the condition you received it.
